1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to U.S. states where cigar and tobacco shipments are legally permitted. Orders placed from restricted states or jurisdictions will be canceled and refunded.

 

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may be delayed during holidays or promotions.

 

3. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Rates are calculated based on order weight, destination, and shipping method.

 

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

 

5. Apparel Orders

Clothing items may ship separately from cigars depending on warehouse availability.

 

6. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours.

 

7. Age Verification

Cigar shipments require adult signature and age verification at delivery. Be sure someone of legal smoking age is available to receive the package.
