At Pangea Trading LLC, we are committed to delivering quality products and a great customer experience. Due to the nature of our offerings, including cigars and apparel, we maintain the following return policy:

 

1. Cigars & Tobacco Products

All sales of cigars and tobacco-related products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for cigars due to health, safety, and regulatory concerns. If your cigars arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@pangeacigars.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

 

2. Clothing & Accessories

Unworn, unwashed, and unused apparel or non-tobacco accessories may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

 

To start a return, email info@pangeacigars.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.

 

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

– Cigars and tobacco products (unless damaged or incorrect)

– Gift cards

– Sale or clearance items
